We are an independent business connectivity comparison and advisory service. We help Wolverhampton businesses compare broadband, leased lines, full fibre and other connectivity options from 18+ UK network providers. We are the data controller for all personal data collected through this website.

2. Data We Collect

When you submit a quote request through our website, we collect:

• Business name and your name
• Phone number and email address
• Number of staff and connectivity requirements
• Current provider details where provided

We also automatically collect technical data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site and referring website — via Google Analytics 4 and Leadinfo. This helps us understand how visitors use the site and improve our content.

3. Why We Collect Your Data

• To contact you about your enquiry — our specialist will call or email to discuss connectivity options at your WV address
• To check network availability — your postcode is used to identify which networks (CityFibre, Openreach, Virgin Media etc.) are available at your premises
• To share with network providers — with your permission, we share your enquiry details with the relevant providers to obtain live pricing and availability
• To improve our service — analytics data helps us understand which content and pages are most useful to Wolverhampton businesses

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of enquiry to allow for follow-up contact and to fulfil any resulting service arrangements. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at hello@wolverhamptonfibre.com. Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google's standard retention periods.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
